We are Pro-Handicap. Several units, in various sizes, are ADA accessible. ADA units are equipped with an entry ramp (if needed). We intentionally do not put straps on ADA units until requested by tenant (due to wear, tear, and tripping hazard). ADA straps can be installed within 24 hours after requested.
According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, self storage facilities are required to have 5% of units be handicap accessible, however if we run out of accessible units, we will go above and beyond to try and make another unit available.
The kiosk room is not ADA friendly, but we have better solutions:

No need to get out of your car. For your convenience, anyone can rent a unit online here or dial 850-999-7788.
How to Pay Bill?
Option 1: Pay online with a credit card or ACH check.
Option 2: Pay over the phone with a credit card by dialing 850-999-7788.
